Our project was a tribute to the AAA’s (Association of Autonomous Astronauts) legacy and a celebration of their commitment to creative and political ideals. We hope that our exhibition inspires others to embrace their own creativity and pursue meaningful change. My individual work; up-cycling clothing using screen printing, a zine, and an astronaut sculpture. We made an immersive exhibition space, containing all our individual outcomes and interviews we collectively conducted with members of the AAA we managed to track down. Additionally, I enhanced the atmosphere by projecting audio-reactive visuals onto reflective surfaces. This set the stage for connections, as individuals engaged in shared exploration of our exhibition and danced together to the music, creating a pop up rave type atmosphere.
